The Aspen Ballhead is a high range of motion, lightweight titanium tripod head designed for Colorado Tripod Company.

It went through a highly iterative process with many prototypes, working closely with target users in the amateur and professional photography space. 

​

The final design is quite unusual looking, but behaves like a regular ballhead with a much increased range of motion and a significant weight advantage. 

​

It was part of a successful kickstarter in 2018.
